Policies

Custom Orders: Orders must be placed a minimum of 14 days before pick up/delivery date. If an order can be accommodated with less than 14 days notice there will be a $15 rush fee.
Minimum Order Quantity: There is a one dozen (12 cookie) minimum.
Order Confirmation: Once the custom cookie order form is completed you will receive a copy of your request. This copy does not guarantee your order is confirmed. Your order will be confirmed via email from tammy@sugarcookieera.com.
Changes: I want you to love your cookies! Change requests will be on a case by case basis depending on scale of change, time and progress of cookie creation. The typical cookie set can take up 3 days to make, so not all requests may be accommodated.
Cancellations: Cancellations with a full refund are accepted 14 days prior to the agreed pick up/delivery date. Cancellations received within 7 days and before any cookies are baked will receive a 50% refund. No refunds once cookies are baked or decorated.

Accepted Forms of Payment: Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal
Deposit: 50% deposit required at the time of order confirmation. A date will not be reserved without the deposit. As a courtesy I can hold your date for 72 hours to allow time for the deposit to be paid.
Final Payment: Final payment is due by pickup or delivery.
Refunds not related to cancellation policy: A photo of your cookie set will be sent for approval prior to pick up or delivery to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your cookies. If there is an issue with your cookies after pickup, please contact me directly to discuss, and I will do my best to resolve as quickly as possible. Cookie care instructions will be provided with all orders. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure your cookies are not damaged or ruined after pick up or delivery.

Pickup - Porch pick up with a predetermined date/time
Delivery - Delivery available. Delivery fee varies based on location and I will quote during order confirmation. Orders over $250 qualify for free delivery within a 30-mile radius of 63366.
Shipping - Unfortunately, I do not offer shipping at this time.

Home Bakery: Cookies are made in a home that is not subject to routine government health inspections.
Certification: ANAB Accredited Food Handler Certification
Ingredients: plain flour, white sugar, butter, eggs, cow's milk, baking powder, vanilla extract (or almond if requested), orange zest & salt. I do not offer a gluten free option.
Quality Control: Each cookie is baked fresh and will be individually wrapped and heat sealed with an ingredient label.
Allergy Warning: Although this recipe does not contain nuts, my home is not a nut free home.
